More than a decade ago, we were a start-up. Since then, Ecocoast has grown fast practically doubling the number of A-players every year.
As we grew, our working environment changed rapidly, and maintaining that start-up mentality became a challenge. So, we adopted the agile way of life, meaning that things at Ecocoast can change day-to-day.
We endeavour to promote a culture where everyone is empowered to bring life to the ethos of Ecocoast. We call this Ecolife. Ecolife is about creating a sustainable future for our employees and business.
To achieve our roadmap, we foster a high-integrity work environment, based on strong Brand, Core Value, Process, Performance and Recognition Programs. We hire outstanding people who live our agile Ecolife Core Values. People who are solutions-oriented and approach life with integrity, curiosity, transparency, velocity and pride. Learn more about our Core Values here.
We started following the Great Game of Business open-book principles in 2018, educating all employees in the rules of business. We promote employees’ personal and professional growth through a range of internal and external learning and development programs focused on skills, knowledge and experience sharing.
We adopted an agile leadership approach end 2016, to enable everyone to align their efforts on a strategic and tactical level, and most importantly, help set a very clear goal every quarter to focus on what is most important for the success of the business.
Established as part of our People and Community Sustainability goal, to foster an engaged workforce to empower them to make a difference. We strive to drive positive change in the communities we operate by leveraging our knowledge and technical expertise, and encouraging employee volunteerism.
